PCB separator


 

To separate precise and stress-free the PCBs from the panel, we modified solutions to optimize the different separation processes.
During the separation process the PCBs must be protected by bend, twist, shear and pollution.

 

GAS Workpiece carrier (WT´s) for depaneling

To milling the PCB from the panel, the PCBs must be maintained in the exact position and may not change the position after separating. The system Schnaidt  guaranteed an optimal hold and separation of the PCBs. Removing plates allow quick remove, also many small Single assemblies.

TUR-Carrier

To separate out circuit boards with a circular blade cutting system precise and stress-free, we modified
CAB rotary cutter for a carrier-based systems to cutting. Thereafter, PCBs are separated safely and stress free on the TUR-Carrier.
The separate circuit boards stay orderly on the carrier and can be transported or taken separately.
