a)    During your visit to our website
On accessing our website at www.schnaidtgmbh.de, information is transmitted automatically to our website server by the browser in use on your device. We delete the data arising in this context as soon as storage of this information is no longer necessary, or we limit its processing if legal retention obligations exist.
Data processing for the purpose of making contact with us occurs pursuant to Art. 6 Subpara-graph 1 (1)(a) GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily granted consent or pursuant to Art. 6 Sub-paragraph 1(b) GDPR for the realisation of pre-contractual measures resulting from your inquiry.

c)    When you register for our newsletter
Insofar as you have expressly consented pursuant to Art. 6 Subparagraph 1 (1)(a) GDPR, we use your email address for the purpose of sending you our newsletter on a regular basis. The dis-closure of an email address is adequate for the receipt of the newsletter. Cancellation is possible at any time (e.g. using the link at the end of any individual newsletter). In the case of inquiries of any kind, we offer you the option to contact us using a form provided on the website. Disclosure of a valid email address is required for this purpose so that we know from whom the inquiry originates and to enable us to respond to it. −    this is permitted by law and necessary pursuant to Art. 6 Subparagraph 1 (1)(b) GDPR for processing of contractual relationships with you or the implementation of pre-contractual measures.

4.    Cookies

We use the services provided by Google Maps on our website. This enables us to display interac-tive maps for you directly on the website and allows you to avail of comfortable usage of the map function.
